I'm OFF!!!

Hi Everyone,
It has been a long time since my last post and I have been slowly tapering off the P. I have gone from 2 to ZERO as of Monday. I am finding myself very shaky and a bit dizzy but so far it has been manageable. I want to thank everyone for responding to my questions and I will probably be a fixture on the board for the next few months.

Re: I'm OFF!!!

CONGRATULATIONS!! If your taper was slow (and if I remember, it was) any side effects you have should be mild and short lived.

I'm very happy for you!

Oh, if you don't take Omega 3, start. It'll help the dizziness. If you already take it, take a capsule extra.
