Facial twitching Vs. zaps

I keep having this pulsing type feeling deep in my face. I feel like my skin is moving but I know it's not.

Now, I have also had infrequent maybe 3 sharp sticking sensations at various locations on my face. Are those zaps?

Re: Facial twitching Vs. zaps

Zaps are like an electrical shock that pretty much jars your whole body. The facial twitching is just kind of involuntary muscle movement. Both are very common during w/d, but when you have a zap, you'll know it.
