Tip for night sweats
Don't y'all hate night sweats and sleeping in a wet wad? The worst is having horrible night sweats and getting all tangled up and sticking to your sheets. Then spending the rest of your night being cold and damp. And if you sleep in the buff, you will still stick to your sheets if you're having night sweats.
Get a dri-fit shirt. You can get them cheap just about anywhere (available for less than $10 at Target, TJ Maxx, Ross, Walmart). They are freaking awesome for night sweats. They don't hold the damp, you remain dry and still are able to slide around in your bed. I don't know why I didn't share this tip earlier but I've been doing this for a long time and it's a thousand percent more comfortable when you have night sweats.
