Strong reaction to strong emotion

I got really pissed off at my mom today -- I didn't yell at her or scream or anything, but I was SO angry. As in, going to fly to Florida and kill her with my bare hands angry.

Anyway, about an hour and a half later, as my anger was subsiding, I noticed that I had a headache, was very dizzy/lightheaded, and sick to my stomach.

I laid down for about 20 minutes and felt a little better, but I'm still a little twitchy and feeling very out of it.

I'm doing a bit better now (a couple of hours later) -- still pretty woozy and disconnected.

I remember feeling this way when I would have intense crying sprees around the time of my dad's death so I'm assuming this is 100% normal. Still pretty interesting though.

(I still want to fly to Florida to kill her though )

Re: Strong reaction to strong emotion

Can you stop off and kill my doctor on your way there?

Doctors of course attribute my new symptoms to 'psychiatric' issues. Nothing like a little bigotry to start your day off.

May the goddess protect you from doctors.

Re: Strong reaction to strong emotion

I have a list can you do a list?

Seriously tho I have had reactions to emotion that do not fit they can be almost our of body sensations. It has to do with withdrawal I am sure of it. Likely to do with the pineal gland ya that is what I am going to say about everything from now on likely to do with the pineal gland getting punchy off to bed with me praying for sleep. goodnite all.
