If you ask 10 people, you'll get 10 different answers. The below thread is full of brands and dosage advice, but you have to figure out what works best for you. Not everyone can tolerate a lot because it can cause stomach distress, some can take more.

You'll just have to try it and see. Lots of people have reported good results from taking magnesium. Unfortunately magnesium never seemed to do anything for my anxiety, I wish it did!
