paxil and bowel movement side effect? help!

I've been on PAXIL CR for about a month and as having frequent bowels and lots of gas. Has anyone found this side effect and anything to help with it? I was put on Paxil because of anxiety attacks/panic but now all I panic about is having a bathroom around. I'm considering stopping the Paxil because I can't live with this kind of side effect. Suggestions?

STEM: I went to paxil.com (GSK's website for Paxil) and it does list gas and diarrhea as possible side effects - I don't remember the percentages of people that had them. It also said constipation was a possible side effect too, though, so who knows. I don't have any suggestions, sorry, but I wanted to at least respond. Anyone else have this problem?
