I hope this is ok. I dont know if this is allowed, to ask for prayer for someone in particular, but I feel like Pokie needs a lot of prayer right now. She is feeling really sad and lonely and I would like all of us to pray for her or send her good thoughts and feelings.

very good idea. united we are.. united in a spiritual way, I think it is not unbelievable really, its a fact.

SSRIs since -03, Celexa and Effexor. Ct benzos,Lyrica and Remeron -06/07 Ct taper Effexor 300-75mg summer -08 Ct 8 yr tobacco habit. Reinstated too late 3 mos out. Was upto 450 mg Effexor (equiv 120 mg Celexa). Switched to Celexa 20mg at 23 nov 2012 because cant stand being on Effexor XR. Diagnosed with Lyme (had it since 6 yrs old - 1987) Treatment ongoing Went back to 20 mg 1st June 2013. Still too sick - Lyme. Seroquel 100 mg, for sleep/severe depression. Is helping. |

10 mg daily for ten years March 1, 2009= 10 mg every other (WD mild) April 30- May 2= 5 mg every other day (WD bad) May 2-June 9 = 5 mg daily (WD bearable) June 10-26= 5mg every other day (WD worse) June 26- July 2= 5 mg every two days (Crashed & begging for help) July 5 back to 5 mg daily until stable enough to begin proper 10% reduction |

Previously on Paxil after first baby 2005 Horrible w/d ...... Started Celexa 20mg 11/09 after 2nd baby I believe it has stopped working..Panic attacks are setting in....and all the other torture.... May 2012-Celexa 15mg |

Was on Effexor (150mg) @January? of 2006 until January 1, 2008. I am new to this kind of thing. I am on 60 mg of paxil. And when I read the low doses you guys are on I thought OMG Im a dead girl!!! I will pray for you all as I pray daily for those on psych. meds. Its a community that is so misunderstood and stigmatized. Peace be with us and heal us. gitgurl |

i will pray for everyone on here too, i cant remember if i have or not already but will try to remember in future
sometimes i think i pray just momentarily when i see suffering and forget i prayed and sometimes when i pray i cant rember everything so i just say to god if i forgot anything to include it as well, LOL, i am sure he knows what i mean and what i was trying to remember to pray about

33yrs old was on clonazepam 0.5mg daily for nearly a year - changed to valium equivalent and ceased entriely in late may 08, Taken most types SSRI's/tricyclics and benzos, anti-psychotics (you name it) over the last 10+ years for depression/anxiety - Last one was LEXAPRO - which i reduced gradually to 10mg by May 09 and stopped entirely approx October 2009 |

I have and will pray for any and all who need prayer, that includes everyone on this site. I certainly have had many prayers from many people who love me and want to see me WHOLE.

Xanax for frequent panic attacks. 2003 1mg to 6mg by 2009. Addiction! Sought help from shrink on advice of friends. He recommends Paxil (40 mg) as cure for all! 12/08, began slide downhill, blaming Xanax. 6/2009, went to rapid detox hospital. Bad choice! Began to notice symptoms matched side-effects of Paxil and Trazadone( prescribed for sleep). 11/09 C/T Paxil. Bad choice! 1/10 C/T Trazadone. Bad Choice! Suffered hell for 3 months, then gradual improvement. |

Prozac (unsure dosage) 1996 in High school for SAD. stopped due to side effects. Citalopram (unsure dosage) 1996 for 6 months Effexor 37.5 mg 2005 after divorce after 6 months stopped cold turkey with severe w/d Prozac (unsure dosage) 2008 for anxiety. After 1 month quit cold turkey. Began having SEVERE panic attacks months later. Zoloft 25 mg May 2009 after almost becoming agoraphobic due to unrelenting panic attacks. Zoloft 12-22-11: 18.75 mg 1-6-12: 12.5 mg |
