anyone have skin changes with withdrawal?

i have always had adult acne, but it's gotten really bad. Wondering if that's something else going on in my body or a result of withdrawal. perhaps my immune system is stressed and that's why. just curious.

..

I did at the time I started weaning and I mean BAD.... a HUGE explosion of zits BUT at that same time I started taking no kid pills so I think it was the no kid pills that broke me out. I quit taking them in the middle of the 2nd package cause I am so vain I didn't want zits... lol.

Try a full body rash

I broke out into full body hives on day ten after quitting Paxil cold turkey. My advice: DON'T do it! After that I did ten weeks of tapering two or three milligrams at a time and made it to zero this week. Hooray! Now if only I could get rid of this headache! :P

those hives

Hey everybody - I looked into the skin problems and we're not the only ones. I posted a picture of what happened to me at www.quitpaxil.org on the "symptoms" page. It's less commonly reported, but reported all the same.

i think that less commonly reported just means it doesn't happen 24/7 like all those other ones, cuz i have almost every symptom that is "less commenly reported" heh

skin issues

wow. that rash is insane.
i have a small 4 inch rash on my side. who knows if it's related. i think in general my immune system is trashed because i have this withdrawal in combo with my autoimmune disease... so i have these zits which are more like festering sores... (sorry i know that's gross... but...) on my face which are ever so attractive, as well as this rash in combo with all my other glorious symptoms. including such insane gas i had to stay home from work today. blech.[/i]
