Paxil Tapering

I recently went from Paxil 20 mgs to 10mgs and the withdrawals are horrible.

My question is did I decrease too much? Also, how long till I feel normal again on 10mgs.

I did the same thing went from 20mg to 10mg. Some people say thats too big of a drop, but you can only determine that. That drop for me was hard, but I stuck it out. You might have to taper more slowly if you are feeling really bad.

Drink lots of water, hang in there!
