Stan, I hope someone else will respond to you, but some of your complaints sound heart-related. Have you seen a doctor about this?

It could very well be anxiety, but at 59 years old, it would be sensible to get your heart checked, just in case.

Stan it does sound like anxiety and because there are so many symptoms it is more than likely anxiety but you should just go get a quick ECG and heart check etc just to rule it out and for peace of mind. Take Care

I HAD YOUR EXACT SYMPTOMS AT 8 months off...i was 39 when i went off..i went to my doctor weekly to have EKG's..i thought i was having heart attacks..i had shortness of breath..i had the pain in my chest..back and shoulders..pain in my legs..blurry vision..and the list goes on!..BUT..please do go and have that checked out! i was suffering from protracted withdrawal from going off paxil too fast....
