Positive things
One year mark of drug free life is getting closer. It has been long and painful year but it's not all negative. There are still bad days but I'm definitely going into right direction.
I have learned a lot about myself. I now know that I can endure much more emotional pain that I never though was possible. I'm definitely stronger person because of this. I have forced myself to think positively and finally it's taking over the old negative person inside me. I have learned to respect myself more. Learned to say no and appreciate life more. I have learned to respect others and listen to what they have to say. I have better connection to my parents and brother that I had a year ago. I have learned who are my real friends and who are not. Thank you all for the support during these difficult times.

Re: Positive things
Great post. I can definitely relate to things you mentioned just in the whole process of getting off Paxil and now being free from it. If you embrace the process and are willing to learn from it, a whole lot of positive things take shape.

Re: Positive things
Great post Antti.
Being a year off and noticing these things about yourself is a real achievement. I'm just over 2 years off now - I do believe you will see further improvements over time. Best wishes Si
