After the crash

Hi everyone
Quick question-after one has "crashed" and has to increase the dose, in your experiences, how long does it take to "level out?"

thanks

Re: After the crash

It took me 12 weeks but I dropped very quickly in a year and 'crashed huge' so it was a while before I felt on an even keel again.

Re: After the crash

Me too, after I crashed last year it took me months to feel better- at least 12 weeks- now I did feel gradually better but it took a long time to feel "normal" (whatever that is) again. Good luck and give it time- just practice your meditations, relaxation exercises, etc and give the meds time to work...

Re: After the crash

It is very much a your mileage may vary type of thing... for some people they notice improvements after a week or two, for others it may take a month or two or longer.
