Anyone had any issues with Kelp???

I'm just curious to know who's tried it and if there were any interactions with WD symptoms etc? It's looking strongly as though I've always been deficient in both Magnesium and Iodine most of my life. I've got a new doctor after I nearly got sent to the psych hospital by my former GP (long story). Anyways I'm getting blood tests done in Thurs so hopefully we'll get some answers then but I'm researching into different supplements etc and since I've been completely freaked out of just about taking any supplements.

Re: Anyone had any issues with Kelp???

Kelp is food, not some bizarre supplement, so I don't think you should have any problem with it. I've heard that seaweed is really good for your thyroid so I'm going to try to eat more of it.

That's what hubby's been trying to tell me but I've just been really paranoid lately (symptom of Iodine Deficiency) Thanks anyways
