Anybody have this issue?
Hi everybody! I am about 6 and a half months off of Celexa and Trazodone. Well, for the last couple of months I have had horrible cramping and stinging in my arms and hands. I can still function while it is happening, but it is very uncomfortable. My arms will also feel ,and be, just a little weak when this happens, the muscles burn like I have been working out. It seems to happen during times of hormone fluctuation, like the week I ovulate, and then the week of my period. Then it goes away, only to return a couple of weeks later. Is this normal? I had leg cramps while on the celexa, but I don't remember arm issues. Obviously my health anxiety makes my think it's ALS as that would be the most horrible thing I can think of. I hate health anxiety. I try to tell myself it is not probable for it to be something awful, but I watched my mother in law suffer through ALS, and my husband has a benign brain tumor. So, I defintely get more anxious than the average because I feel like it is my responsibility to be here and be healthy for my 5 year old daughter.
Thank you for all of your input. |

Re: Anybody have this issue?
I have bouts of body weakness that are severe. I get tingly cold pricks all over my face arms and legs. I have had full body muscle twitching and cramping for over three years on a daily basis, and still don't have any diagnosis. It is from the drugs we have taken. It has negatively impacted the way our brains function. Time is the only thing I can think of to help. Good luck

Re: Anybody have this issue?
Thank you for your quick reply. Did you have muscle pain and weakness while you were on the drugs? I swear, if I had known what would happen to me I would never have taken them in the first place! I fear for all of the children that are being poisoned with these things.
