what is the best one out there. nature made? nature bounty? vitamin world product for flaxseed oil.

i have a bottle from nature made. about 1000 mg a pill. softgel.

why do i have to keep it in the fridge

you got pills? what you need to get is the cold-pressed flaxseed oil.. the stuff that never leaves refrigeration.. its kept in the fridge at your health food store. it needs to be kept cold because it goes rancid otherwise..
