dr. jekyll and mr. hyde anxiety throught out the day.

man i'm weirding myself out big time!!!!

this is the kind of anxiety and nervousness i get throughout the day.

around morning time when i wake up i get kinda anxious and seem disoriented for a minute. then i regain posture and i'm relaxed. sometimes i get sweaty palms and nervousness but it goes away

i'll be okay till around 4pm. i start having nervous thoughts and sometimes a small panic attack and get all uneasy and cant relax easily till around 9 or 10pm nighttime. during 4-9 or 10pm it's not consistent on my anxiety.

then 10pm hits and i'm actually tired and ready to go to sleep.

weird huh? is this normal for people that has anxiety problems? is this considered bi polar

I had different anxiety time zones too and they were quite similar to yours. Anyone else notice changes to anxiety potential throughout the day?
