my sleeping sucks! it's making me worry
for the past 3 weeks, i haven't slept good and throughout the night. i keep waking up after 3 or 4 hours then can't get back to sleep till 2 or 3 hours later. then i get another 2 or maybe 3 hours.
somedays i get a total of 3 hours of sleep.
i would be beet tired at night around 11 then wake up during 230 thne sleep again at 4 and wake up at 6
no sleep. am i insomniac.
it's due to my anxiety mostly. i can't relax when i wake up
weird thing is that when i wake up in the morning, i don't feel tired at all
that is probably due to no working out or doing crap for the whole day. i'm not making my body tired. maybe i shold do that.
does anyone else have this sleepiong problem. i need to work on it alot soon.
that is my number one worry now
