If it's not bothering you, then you're fine.

Re: am i taking to many vitamins?
B Complex and Fish Oil both gave me horrible anxiety. Are you doing any sort of Cognitive Behavorial Therapy for the anxiety?

Re: am i taking to many vitamins?
yea if you feel ok then its not such a big deal. If you feel bad then you may want to back off the synthetic vitamins and focus on eating organic, raw, and whole foods to get all your nutrients (make certain you do not have any digestive problems that could be keeping you from absorbing the nutrients.)
I have been using orthomolecular medicine (mega vitamin therapy) for a year now and its has helped to some extent, especially the p5p (active b6) and zinc. I went for a complete evaluation to the Pfeiffer treatment Center in Chicago. The thing is, if you use nutrients, I strongly recommend getting your levels checked because that way you will know if you are low in nutrients and also once you supplement then you can retest to make certain that you are absorbing the supplements. Also, adding things like noni juice, green smoothies, etc can help give you all the nutrients you need naturally. Some people say to stay away from the synthetic vitamins. Many of these vitamins are made in the same places as drugs! For example, centrum was made by wyeth pharmaceuticals (bought by Pfizer). Low quality vitamin supplements can be more harmful than helpful and its always advisable to get your nutrients in the most natural form and perhaps adding a high quality multi (maybe one that dr ann tracy recommends?).
