Help please! After effexor out of body withdrawal symptoms

Yes, not isolating is a good idea...I hid from everyone but my kids for quit awhile bc I was either zombied or just didn't have the energy...Lately though I have been trying to reconnect with old friends...and here is the big kicker.... Alot of my friends are kind of the hoyty toyty type and I always gravitate toward regular ppl...(I grew up middle class but my mom was a wild one)...anyway...my friends got all weirded out bc I started dancing with a guy at the club who they assumed was homeless...Like they freaked out on me...guess it made them uncomfortable...another night I socialized with another guy who they assumed was a crack head for some reason...I of course am offended bc I will always talk to who I want, whenever I want...I really don't care to live in a world where we don't love our neighbors....I'm always struggling for money so...I guess maybe I really don't relate with snobs...lol...So ur comments about being surrounded with poverty I get...Man, that could really be half of us...all of us right? Hell, most of my hoyty toyty friends are only that way bc they married into it...yet they believe they are in a place to judge...just not my cup of tea...I actually went to college, made it on the deans list, and half of them barley made it thru high school...so crazy....Anyway I am now feeling like I didnt miss much by staying home this past weekend...Lol....Rather stay in than deal with crap all the time but....it is nice to actually get dressed up and such so...i dont know..can't isolate but ya can't win when ya re enter the real world either...haha
I'll check back in with you soon...I haven't been getting on here as much bc I'm finally leaving my house but I'll make it a point to check back in w ya k? Just hate it that you could be feeling like we are not reaching out enuf when you need ppl to right now...This place saved me on more than one occasion...really appreciated when ppl listened and offered advise or just their hugs and prayers Sleep well hun

Yeah I find similar attitudes. Of course my kids are embarrassed I even live where I live and it is getting dangerous here too. I also find stigmatization among the merchants in the area and even doctors. I just went for a uti test and he sent me to a lab which I go to this pm to have a culture done but. Notice testing for STDs. It can really get a person down that just because they r in low socio-economic area even their morals are questioned!!!!!!!!!! Because I do not discriminate and talk to natives and homeless and other struggling people I am judged. My God I can't wait for my settlement just so I can move out of this immediate area. When u need the support the most, you get dumped on instead. Must be a test! Hope I pass! This is really getting to be too much sometimes but I've felt that way before and I've lived. Looking older by the second but I still live. Gotta work so hard to just hang on. Thank God for God!

Does anyone know of healthy ways to get more sleep. I can't seem to quiet my mind enough to do self hynosis with imager or even relaxation response breathing. Melatonin isn't worlking anymore. I now have a bad infection caused by prolapsed bladder dropping. I average two hour a night and last night was wide awake like an owl all night. I will not take anymore benzos than what I'm on as soon as this post Effexor healing is moving along fine and I get my body back in shape I have the remaing third of the benzos to wean off of. Any help wud be dearly appreciated.

I've done my best. I've fought hard. Ulternately I've lain still and let the crazed state of my mind just be and watched it pass. Today I'm lost. I feel abandoned and without want or purpose or even worth. I question my every thought and every feeling. I wish I could disappear. The feelings I thought forever gone of being nothing completely of no great import, alone are back and I cannot make sense of this. I wonder at the purpose of my very existance. Am I losing it? Who can even answer.

It would be terrifying to go through threse things we do in withdraesael to gho through whwt we do and here have the chsance to bne educvsatyed and then know we arte still in control. I'm still alone with it but calmer. Thank you for beong here. I am reacting to an antibactertial interractiom as its happened before becsaudse a dr did not take me seriously when I first went to him so he's very patronizing and didn't loike me standing up for me. That is the sad reality of life now for me mostly alone. Even vision blurred on this crappy phone. But thank you. Remembering how I got first time I interacted with an antibiotuic , had. This is really scary. Its like being on drugs when u r NOT on anything. This is the brain body healing period. But it is not so lonely. With u guys around and yopur educating little nails on the head are really lifesaving I think. I hope this is readable. I can't see to check.

Today I feel just exhausted. For the first time I slept all night. Yet now I feel totally exhausted. I'd forgotten going thru this when I did a too fast first withdrawal. Its disturbing. Very disturbing. I've now got a bunch of movies I can watch for distraction if my thoughts turn to worrying or depressive thoughts. Keep u up to speed!

I bet its the antibiotics...I was a wding mess while on them for that strepp even though I still had pain killers I could barely move at times I keep either being too busy or too lazy to come on as much...Its nice to try n catch up w all my pp pals though I hope u keep improving

Wow! So glad to hear from someone in same boat. In this head I have to do my month end budget and fiigure out how the lol heck I'm going to eat. The centre I got my food from is closed til next Monday. Wish I'd had some warning.

Yup, two hrs after I took antibiotics and I'm close to a zombie!!!!!!!!!!!
I again can't trust my judgement in decisions or even questions and every and any worry no matter how bizarre is magnified a million percent. So I have one of those questions. I'm hoping for REASSURANCE. This is not "psychosis" is it? I am in control. However unsteadily I am. Not achieving a lot but in the running. Anyone sharing having this concern PLEASE RESPOND!!.

AFAIK, psychosis is when someone has hallucinations or delusions. Don't worry, from your description it sounds more like anxiety and some confusion?

Whew! THANK YOU so much. Like I said. Can't trust all my conclusions so just checking out here before doing the research on in the frame of mind I'm in! I'm sure its the antibiotics. Its just too wierd and too like the last time I had an interreaction in withdrawal from Effexor and antibiotics. So I'll hang in. Gone through worse. Its just lonely. I know waaaaah! Wow, one never knows where ones life will go!

Someone who has anxiety is very very very unlikely to have psychoses. Dont fear it. Its a complete opposite of the mental scale. People that are psychotic are by nature people who loose touch with "reality". They dont care about the world and feel detached from it. On the other side of psychotic we have neurotic. People with anxiety are neurotic. They care about everything and are non stop concerned about them self and the world.

I totally didn't even get the joke bc I'm so foggy brained still..lol..and yes, its the antibiotics I'm sure...Really I felt soo much better within a day of stopping them..I was so relieved bc it was freaking me out just how bad the effexor wds kicked in and up Its never fun to take steps backwards...and I totally agree w the not trusting our own judgments in wd...I hate driving now...I'm scared...its the weirdest thing..Used to speed all over town n now I feel like a brand new insecure driver

I went n had an hour long massage last night...so relaxing but holy cow, was I ever sore after....jeez...couldn't believe itBetter today tho Actually going to that gym that I've been meaning to get to forever...

Well I still think they should have a joke forum. God know we can sure use a laff sometimes. Damn antibiotic! Sure enuff. Wake up tired but soon as take antibiotic shaking like a leaf. Can't ask for diff one as when telling doc withdrawing from Effexor, he says, "Why?". He'd be real receptive to asking for a different one as withdrawal worse. NOT!!!!!!!!!! "Forgive them God, for they know not what they do! They will someday! When this all done, pen is going to paper and its going to be out there VERY loud and VERY clear. What scares me are the people who are still ignorant of side effects and ill-equipped to handle the withdrawal. Vindication awaits but the price is mighty high. Ya thjink?
