Chelated Magnesium the best?
I did a lot of research on the web and i found out that Chelated magnesium is the best. Does anyone else agrees? I bought a bottle of the brand Carlson today (i have no relations to that brand whatsoever). I am told its the best. I will keep you guys up to date.
In my research i found out that magnesium can help a lot of people but that its all about the sort of magnesium and the ammount.

Re: Chelated Magnesium the best?
Using it now for 3 days but my burning nerves (feeling) really increased.
Is it normal with magnesium to first increase the problem before it gets better? Any experiences? thx

I had the same problem - made the tingly, burning sensation worse and gave me insomnia. I've only taken it a few times, sporadically, so I don't know of it improves with time.

Re: Chelated Magnesium the best?
OK,..well i decided to keep taking it for another 2 weeks. With a lot of pills/supplements a problem first get worse before it starts to help. Lets test if this is also the case. Will keep you updated

Re: Chelated Magnesium the best?
I prefered Magnesium orotate - a chelated version. But it should not increase your burning sensations. How much are you taking a day? It may be too much.

Re: Chelated Magnesium the best?
I take 3 pills of 200mg each. Maybe its indeed to much. But i read that to much magnesium wont give any problems,..only diarrhea. But thats not true Lisa?
