Suddenly feel so tired and flu-like for 45 minutes
Anyone else has this? I had it before but never this bad. I am just walking or at home in my "normal" WD and all of a sudden i feel so incredibly tired. Like i got a shot with a flu or something. Every muscle feels tired,...my eyelids even start to lower. I feel so shaky. It really hits me like a wall. Most of the time when i ly a bit and drink water it turns away after 45 mins.
Is this because of the hormons/adrenaline that have problems with being tensed all the time? or is it because stress is being relieved? Man i have it now and can barely type or lift a glass. Scary and weird does ring a bell for anyone?

Re: Suddenly feel so tired and flu-like for 45 minutes
Any idea how or what? Now is "tired" a subjective and general term. But i am talking about 30-45 mins not being able to do simple tasks. So incredibly tired.
Is this perhaps cause my body needs to rebuild adrenaline or something?

Re: Suddenly feel so tired and flu-like for 45 minutes
Yeap, the "tired" in withdrawal is unlike any tired I've ever felt before...I'd collapse on the floor sometimes...it's that bad!

Yes the achey feeling and muscle pain. All WD related. There is this so called Paxil flu, not sure if Laxapro has one too.

Re: Suddenly feel so tired and flu-like for 45 minutes
Thats me when I get home from work. I start to let down and wamm I crash hard for an hour or so then start to come back up. I wish it didn't happen, but it does get it all out of my system in one shot so I can enjoy the rest of the evening.

Re: Suddenly feel so tired and flu-like for 45 minutes
I really think it has something to do with adrenaline. The way it comes and goes. And the intensity of it;..can barely walk for 30 mins.
I dont have muscle pain or twitches.

Yes, yes and yes. Have experienced this often during withdrawal - all that seems to help is lying down and sleeping it off, if you can.

Re: Suddenly feel so tired and flu-like for 45 minutes
I hate being so tired I can't do even basic tasks...
There is an event coming up in less than two weeks that I seriously want to go to that is income related. I may not get to go because I get tired too easily... This is sooooo frustrating!

Re: Suddenly feel so tired and flu-like for 45 minutes
If I'm going through that stage where I wake at 4am with intense anxiety, I crash around 10-11am, and I could fall asleep driving my car when it comes over me, I feel weak and I have to work at keeping my eyes open, I lie down and fall asleep in seconds and an hour later it's gone. Probably a crash after being full of adrenaline. Also when I lay down with the kids at bedtime I would be alsep for the night by 8pm. Normally I'm up until 11-12pm.
