What Did Everyone get In withdrawal after 6 months
Hi - I was just wondering what withdrawal many of you have experienced from 6 months on. I find I am experienceing the muscle cramps and soreness now and the emotions are so raw meaning all the reasons one went on Paxil for have come back but fortunately with my cognitive therapy skills I am diffusing most of them.I started the muscle cramps at 6 months and I was wondering if anyone else experienced this and just how you found your emotions from 6 months on. Currently I am 8 months Paxil free. Timber

Hi timber!
I am 61/2 months paxil free now and everyday I am asking myself : is it me or the withdrawal or some other medical condition???... very confusing!!! I am struggling with anxiety and agoraphobia (the condition for which I went on paxil almost 7 years ago). For the physical part, I am happy to see that nausea is almost gone. I dont feel perfectly right (there are a lot of small symtpoms here and there) but the body is not to bad except for this "hypoglycemia" (I have not been tested yet so ...) that hit me some days ago. My main goal for the moment is not to fail my winter session because I am installing myself in the circle : feeling bad physically or having a panic attacks-missing courses- avoiding courses because of fear-feeling bad-....

Thanks genevieve for your input. I so know what you mean by is it me or withdrawal or something else so I guess this is probably a natural stepping stone to healing. Anxiety alone can cause so much physical stress on the body and changing one's way of thinking is a big task full of highs and lows which just takes time and lots of practice. Thanks for your reply and Good Luck to you on your journey to recovery!!!!!! Timber
