Legislative Session in the United Kingdom - WOW

WOW
Thanks Darcy for posting the results of the legislative session in the United Kingdom. I found this article really interesting! I can't believe this company Glaxo - whatever - and furthermore who cares!
For them not to report 85% of HEALTHY individuals in the test study - did I say HEALTHY- had problems after withdrawing from the drug. Listed below are the symptoms from the study that they experienced like so many of you here.

[i][b][i]They reported difficulty in withdrawing from the drug and one peculiar effect of this drug and no other was electric
"zaps". They reported difficulty in walking, co-ordination problems, aggression, confusion, memory difficulties and lethargy. Yet the published account of that report never mentioned any of those things. [/

i]Please read it if you haven't already. It's found on the front page of the website. Let me know what you think! :P

Darcy or SCOTT ---- what happens NOW?

So Darcy-
After reading the article in the lesgislative session what happens now? Is the drug company fined or something and what about the disbursement of the drug paxil? Surely there is an investigation into the process or SOMETHING! Do you know either Darcy or Scott what happens now?

who knows what will happen now. Its sad that they can realize that over there yet over here it is as though we are dealing with a different drug or different people who dont get addicted. Hopefully something will be done not just for paxil/seroxat but for all drugs of this nature. As listed in the report, there are 26 new ssri's in the development process. How many of those will be the next paxil? or worse yet the next serzone which will cause liver damage in unsuspecting people who merely went to the doctor for trusting help. I really dont want to be on lexapro but im one of the ones who is addicted to ssri's because they are addictive. Im hoping that once i get my life back together and get further away from both the paxil and xanax experience i will be able to drop this drug as well and finally move on with whats left of my life. If it isnt permanently messed up. I printed that out for my medical doctor, the one who told me 2 weeks ago that lexapro is not addictive, i can just stop it. Funny i was told that about paxil. I dont blame him, all he's ever done is try to help me, and even if he doesnt take to heart what is in that article, he won't be able to deny it or forget it for the next person.

Where is the life that I recognize?
Gone away

But I won't cry for yesterday
There's an ordinary world
Somehow I have to find
And as I try to make my way
To the ordinary world
I will learn to survive

I'm not sure what happens next. Mr. Flynn is aware of us and has told me that he plans on visiting frequently.
