Just wondering how you're doing, if the small Lexapro dose helped or if you stopped taking it, etc.--

Im doing better than i was 2 weeks ago thats for sure. Im only on 5mg and i really dont want to take any more than that. Ive been on 5 for the past week. These drugs scare the hell out of me anymore. But i do feel better.

So glad you're doing better! When the time comes, you'll get off entirely--
we have examples like Julie & Genevieve to inspire us & show us the way.
My big mistake has been to wait until discontinuation triggers a crisis & then say, NOW I must change my life. This year & next, I want to devote myself to those changes I want to enact--regular exercise, better nutrution, even practical things like getting health insurance...
