Sorry everyone.

The last bunch of posts I've made since I've been back after my two day outing were not meant to scare anyone.

I am just going through a MAD spurt with this withdrawal.

I'm sick of being down and out........and I blame it all on these chemicals.

I hope I haven't brought anybody down...

Or scared any newcomers..

I'm not really an angry guy.

I'm a luvah......not a fightah

Rock - just remember, you are always welcome to post, especially when you are not feeling well. That's the time when you really need support, isn't it?

Take care of yourself.

it's better to let anger out than to hold it in.. we aren't meditation gurus who can expertly suppress the anger, we've all had that anger feeling.

Oh, Rock! We're here for anything you want to write. That's what PP is all about. We've either been there or in my case had a child who was there. Nothing is too weird!!

Rock, just glad to see you are OK. Don't apologize, but for heaven's sake when you are feeling down and out that is when you need to post for support.

Thanx guys....

It's just when I have a moment out of the fog.....

I get pissed at whats doing it to me..

It's so bad to have a drug laffin you in the face saying " YOu cant get rid of me!.......and if you DO......I'll REALLY #@$% YOU UP!"

It's a fight to the finish......

I hope it's me that wins.

Rock,

At least your still posting. Better to let your emotions go. It helps the healing process
