Trying a detox

Has anyone tried MSM.

Read a lot about it and its ability to drive out toxins even old drugs and so on form the body.

Ive tried it on recommendation of Clonex. you might ask him about his experience with it. It will drive out toxins....but be careful what you wish for. it may also make you have symptoms temporarily again. just be careful with any supps you take!

best of luck with it!

I'm on something my doc prescribed called 'Hepatica.' It's very gentle. Has herbs such as chicory root, lemon balm leaves, blessed thistle aerial parts, avena root, wormwood aerial parts, liverwort, bitter orange.....etc. I can't believe the difference after 7 days - sleeping like a baby every night, with less anxiety and palpitations. Also doing a lung cleanse with "Pulmonist". I got a cold/virus bug which lasted about 24 hours - everyone else in my family still has it after 4 days.

Haven't tried MSM. Just read about it the other day in passing. I think it's a key ingredient in some of the new cortisol blockers (diet formulas like Corti-slim).

hepatica

I'd like to know more about the hepatica. Is there a brand name for it??

Also, Dave I did some pretty heavy duty detox stuff and I got really sick with withdrawal symptoms. So be careful.

Put on Paxil in 1996 for Post-partum depression. After 5th withdrawal attempt, went into severe debilitating withdrawal, restarted Paxil in the ER which didn't work anymore. Taken off again quickly by a shrink, started on Lexapro. Body rejected all drugs except benzos. Currently off all drugs. I'd say I'm recovered. Yeah, I'd say so.

Hepatica herbal liquid extract 'Nestmann' manufactured by MPI, a German company. I take 100 drops a day in the morning on an empty stomach, but the label says 30 drops 3 times a day. Im on my 10th day and it's just about gone. The first day I had liver pain and cramps, but nothing real bad. It got easier the 2nd...3rd day. My eyes looked clearer by the 3rd day.

Hi there,
i would also like to hear more about this hepatica. How long are you supposed to take it? Did you get any returning or worsening of withdrawal symptoms while taking it?
Thanks for the info.

No, didn't have any worsening of symptoms while taking it. That's why I said it was gentle. (Unlike that nasty liver flush I did about 5 months ago.) I finished the bottle in about 10 days. After the 2nd or 3rd day on it, I began to feel much better - less anxious.

This is the big BUT though.....have been off of it now a few days and I'm having tightening in my back and chest muscles again, which is why he put me on it to begin with. The anxiety seems to be returning. I am going to see if I need to repeat it.

There are numerous liver tonics on the market. This is definitely the way to go instead of the 'flush'.

Please let us know how your doing with this. It seems to be the only one I've read about that doesn't knock you down.
Good Luck
