Seriously, at 6-months, I would allow myself to simply stare at the TV and lay numb. I tried to do the same, push myself to do x, y, and z but I felt so disconnected from it all. Just let time pass...

"I should be good by this or that date" or

"If they recovered in 18 months, then I should be the same".

I stopped that. My brain. My mind. They had their own schedule...

A lot of the stuff resolved itself at the 3 year mark. The ability to feel love slowly came back around this time, like 36-38 months. Same with the PSSD.
