Routine withdrawals after each drop???

Did you guys notice a speciffice routine on how your withdrawals went?
After each of my drops it has gone like this....
Drop dose 3-4 days of feeling great, then physically nervous like fighting panic attacks for 2-3 days during the middle of the day, 3-4 days of exhausted feeling, then trouble sleeping for 3-4 days along with intrusive worrisome thoughts.
This routine has happened every drop. The only one that bothers me has been the trouble sleeping and the intrusive thoughts that go together. I had myself convinced a couple of days ago that I may struggle with sleep the rest of my life, then the mind just takes off with that though like needing sleeping pills/withdrawal from sleeping pills/etc etc.
Last couple of days I feel normal and if anything like my other drops will feel normal until my next drop. 1 more week before a drop.

I have been dropping from 10 MG Lexapro by .5MG every 3 weeks via liquid lexapro.

Re: Routine withdrawals after each drop???

Lots of people do notice a predictable pattern with their drops. I never did ... it was very random, all over the map. Predictability would have been nice!

Re: Routine withdrawals after each drop???

I had a pattern when I was "tapering" Effexor, even though it was a rapid taper. I would wake up feeling very anxious, and wake up early with it, like 4 or 5am, and be unable to go back to sleep, I would have an internal restless feeling like restless leg but my whole body, feel cold, shivery and unable to get warm, have diarrhea and nausea. then the physical would fade first, then the anxiety would die off and by then it would be 2 weeks and time to drop again.

2005-2010 Effexor XR 112.5mg-262.5mg for PPD
June-Dec 2010 Poop-out (crash)
3 month cross taper off Effexor onto 40mg Cipralex, switched to 20mg Celexa, switched to 20mg Paxil
Nothing helped except waiting 7 months to stabilize on Paxil then starting to taper:
Oct'11 to Nov '12 20mg-10mg
March'13 to Feb'14 9mg -4mg
Feb 7/14-4.0mg
April 1/14-3.6mg

Re: Routine withdrawals after each drop???

I too had pattern-about 3-4 day after a drop, I would get headaches and generally not feel well. That would last for a day or so then I would be fine again.
