What else should I add to what I am taking?

Currently I am taking a standard Centrum multi vitiman and fish oil. I have tried 5-htp and that guy made me anxious so I really haven'ty tried anything after that.

I'm not looking for a cure all by any means but looking for things that may be a benefit to calming or anxiety lowering supplements since I won't be taking any AD anymore.

What else do you reccomend that would be safe for someone 6 months off paxil and still having withdrawals.

Most curious about L-Tyrosine, L-Theanine, and Gaba. Thanks for any help.

What for withdrawals are you having?

14 years on Paxil 20 mg cause of a bad anxiety disorder (social anxiety, agoraphobia)
2011 Oct 16th: Cold turkey stop Paxil cause of poopout and switch to lexapro 15 mg. Hell started. Tapered lexapro. Tapered oxazepam. Med-free for 16 months. Now on Anafranil (clomipramine)
