anybody want to weigh in?

hiya.

So looking for a bit of reassurance (mostly due to my health anxiety).

AF arrived in full force today - which I think might have something to do with it but not sure.

So I was washing the dishes and I got really dizzy. I immediately wobbled over to the closest couch and lay in the fetal position - My ears started ringing REALLY LOUD for like 1 minute. I didn't pass out or anything but really dizzy and feeling a bit nauseas.

After about 10 minutes I got up and was mostly ok - drank some apple juice incase it was a blood sugar thing, and have been lying on the couch since....

feeling ok - only thing left is a bit of a headache.

What do you think? I know it's not med related or w/d related.....

Probably nothing, right?

It was kindof like when I passed out on seroquel except I didn't pass out this time, and the seroquel experience was 100x worse.

Oh, and i also had cold sweats but not for long.

Hi. My name is iwantpeace and i'm a hypochondriac

Sorry to hear that. It sounds like good old anxiety.

I hate health anxiety. It the worst. It makes for a miserable existence.

I hope that you feel better soon x

Re: anybody want to weigh in?

hmmm... I don't think anxiety caused the dizziness/episode. I was totally fine doing the dishes, and actually DIDNT freak out when it was happening or after (which is pretty big for me - thank you CBT).

now i'm ruminating a bit ...in between watching the real housewives of Atlanta

xoxo

Re: anybody want to weigh in?

Could be good old AF. You may be a bit anemic and got dizzy while standing and doing dishes. Hope your feeling better!
