Can you help me with this test?

I was wondering something. Could you help me prove a hunch?
If you are in withdrawal could you do this test for me?

Please hold your breath twice with a minute in between. And please measure the amount of time you could hold your breath (online-stopwatch.com). And please post the average of those two in my poll.

Please do it:
- Not after you just woken up or are ready to go to bed
- Not after you just eaten 5 mins ago
- Not when you are in much anxiety or panic attack

I would be happy with some data..thanks
